About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital part in our success by ensuring smooth flow of requests and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth flow of requests and meet SLAs.
  • Ensure quality of requests is adhered to.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of any errors caused.
  • Assist Team Leaders in shift planning.
  • Have responsibility for tagging requests.
  • Act as single point of contact for stakeholders and frontline sales.
  • Conduct deadlines negotiation for bulk requests.
  • Maintain and send weekly productivity, performance, and process-related reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Provide back-end support to front sales.
  • May analyze requests from customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or Logistics.
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics and multinational companies.
  • Stakeholder and project management experience.
  • Customer and people-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Detailed-oriented.
