Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Success Business Partner to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for driving maximum adoption of our solutions and identifying opportunities for product expansion with our clients.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely issue resolution and ensure that our clients remain successful in their use of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business and technical teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion and upsell with existing clients
  • Maintain high-level client satisfaction through liaison work between clients and Oracle's internal operations
  • Share information across the CSM team via defined methods
Requirements
  • Strong experience supporting the implementation of enterprise-class applications
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese
  • Career Level - IC3
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, which includes a base salary of $90,000 plus an additional $30,000 performance bonus. Our benefits package also includes comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
