The role of Customer Success Partner at Damco Spain SL is focused on developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. They will support and work together with the Area Sales Team to ensure that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Maersk solutions.

Key responsibilities include ensuring internal alignment on customer goals and marketing strategies, partnering with cross-functional Maersk teams to develop and execute omnichannel digital marketing strategies that maximize value for customers, and continually assessing customer progress toward stated goals and driving expected results in the areas of adoption, usage, business value, friction, and overall relationship.

As a customer advocate, the Customer Success Partner will ensure customer needs are met and account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed. They will also manage the allocation process and coordinate with customers to ensure they deliver on their commitment, as well as manage the tender handling process and coordinate with TCM to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offer is submitted to the customers.

Additionally, the Customer Success Partner will coordinate the L&S Quoting & Contracting process with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely contract renewals and contract management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, advanced English proficiency, and knowledge of reefer logistics. They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build customer relations, and stakeholder management skills. A high-level product understanding, including how it solves different customer pains, is also required.
