">We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our customers through email, live chat, and phone. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving customer concerns and system issues while meeting timeline expectations.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should be familiar with Slack and Zendesk.
