Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our customers through email, live chat, and phone. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving customer concerns and system issues while meeting timeline expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should be familiar with Slack and Zendesk.
