Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or online chat platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to our software products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continued support for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issue resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
