Job Title: Global Technical Support Specialist

The NielsenIQ team is seeking a skilled Global Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will provide expert technical support to our clients across the globe, utilizing your exceptional problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or online chat platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to our software products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continued support for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issue resolutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Compensation:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
