At Symphonica, we're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our customers in the region. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for promptly addressing customer needs while ensuring full compliance with SLA standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products or external platforms
  • Provide timely solutions to problems and challenges that may arise
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions within our ticketing system
  • Stay current with company technologies and services through training and product updates
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary

Requirements:

  • Availability for on-call monitoring as part of a rotational schedule
  • Proficiency in configuring server hardware
  • Familiarity with Ticket Manager Tool (Jira)
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends
