We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales performance in the LATAM region. As a key player in our expansion strategy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving sales initiatives, and achieving targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives and customer support.

- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, tracking and reporting on sales performance.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
- Direct sales experience in Fintech and B2B industries, with a deep understanding of CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with high analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or sales organization consulting.
