Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager

The Key Account Sales Manager is a critical role within Johnson Controls, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and meet sales targets.
  • Anticipate and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client communications and ensure timely updates on project progress.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering.
