We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our expanding team in the Latin America region. As a key member of our global support team, you will provide technical support to our customers related to our innovative NIQ Activate product, collaborating with customer success managers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing enterprise-level technical external and internal support to our customers and prospects via a support ticketing system, while also maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and latest features and functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with ability to understand and adapt to local dialects.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical support or software product implementations.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems, utilities, and scripting.
  • Experience with supporting analytic products in a SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
