Technical Support Specialist for Retail Analytics

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Retail Analytics department. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and resolution of customer inquiries.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. You will work closely with our customer success managers, product teams, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues, provide user setups, and configure products according to customer requests. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Provide enterprise-level technical support to customers and prospects via a support ticketing system within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, identifying solutions to resolve customer queries
* Collaborate internally to onboard new customers, including user setups, configurations, and product training
* Document knowledge and educate colleagues on technical cases, contributing to a knowledge-sharing culture
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and functionality to provide informed support
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on analytical thinking
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on client-facing interactions
* Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Linux systems, utilities, and scripting an advantage
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
