We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SupportYourApp, a leading provider of premium outsourced customer support services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to clients across the globe, leveraging your expertise in customer experience (CX) and technical skills.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time remote position with a flexible schedule, offering a unique opportunity to work with a multinational company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services to tech companies worldwide.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written), experience in customer service, analytical and research skills, and a positive and responsible attitude. A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload) are also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails to clients across the globe
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, meeting team KPIs and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information, applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services, communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role
- Analytical and research skills, with a positive and responsible attitude
- A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
