Senior Pre-Sales Project Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight:
Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget. Develop detailed project plans that encompass resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Foster effective communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency. - Client Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring their needs are met. Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive project updates. Address client feedback and concerns promptly. - Financial Management:
Oversee project budgets and financial goals, ensuring fiscal responsibility. Monitor financial performance, including expenses and profitability, and prepare reports for both internal and client review. - Team Leadership:
Guide project teams in planning, execution, and delivery. Define project objectives in collaboration with senior management. Implement project management best practices to achieve successful outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues proactively. - Team Development:
Coordinate and supervise the work of project team members, promoting a collaborative environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Support team members in their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of project management experience, particularly in fixed-price and short-term projects, with a focus on pre-sales activities.
- Proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, including pre-sales processes.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including Software Developers and Account Managers.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent client management abilities, fostering strong relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
