About the Role

Project Growth is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our demand generation efforts and shape our marketing strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy that aligns with our business goals. This includes identifying target audiences, creating buyer personas, and selecting the most effective channels and tactics.
  2. Lead Generation: Design and implement inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Utilize content marketing, email marketing, social media, and other channels to attract and engage potential customers.
  3. Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with our sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the sales cycle. Provide the sales team with high-quality leads and support lead nurturing efforts.
  4. Content Creation: Help create high-impact content, such as whitepapers, case studies, product overviews, and blog posts, that resonate with our target audience and establish our brand as a thought leader in the industry.
  5. Social Media: Develop and manage our social media calendar, creating social posts, including written copy and short videos, across all platforms, but with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
  6. Testing & Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance. Analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI to inform and adjust strategies.
Qualifications
  1. 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  2. Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  3. Demonstrated success in generating and nurturing leads through various marketing channels.
  4. Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
  5. Hands-on experience with creating content for various campaigns across channels.
  6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret key performance metrics.
  7. Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate quickly.
  8. Native fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
