About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Removal of process bottlenecks and resolving issues.
  • Help with improving the PM processes for existing projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Launch teams and establish efficient PM processes for them.
  • Consult/Mentor/Teach/Coach/Growing leadership of AgileEngine Teams and Clients.
  • Ensuring Team happiness: 1:1s, career development, personal development plans.
  • Coordinating promotions: within AgileEngine and with the Client.
  • Coordinate the recruiting process with the Recruitment team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project/delivery management.
  • Experience as a delivery manager.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities.
  • Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets, negotiating and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing external clients.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional English level, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers.
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes.
  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Strong team orientation, maintaining partnerships, collaboration and influence across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
