- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers.
- Proposal Development: Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Organization and Planning: High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail.
- Team Orientation: Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.
- Client Management: Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Project Management Software: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
