We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Pre-Sales Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure.

Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience.
  3. Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities.
  4. Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers.
  5. Proposal Development: Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes.
  6. Financial Knowledge: Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
  7. Organization and Planning: High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail.
  8. Team Orientation: Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.
  9. Client Management: Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  10. Project Management Software: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  11. Communication and Leadership: Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  12. Language Skills: Upper-intermediate English level.
