At LatamCent, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Professional to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from the SpendHound platform.

About the Role

You will play a vital part in engaging with customers, guiding them through important platform activities, and ensuring their ongoing success with our solutions. Your primary focus will be on customer engagement and platform adoption, building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on platform usage.
  • Proactively address customer issues and roadblocks, helping them overcome challenges in using the platform.
  • Drive customer outcomes by ensuring accurate data entry, timely renewal reminders, and effective vendor relationship management.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with near-native English skills, 3+ years of relevant work experience, and availability to work US East Coast hours. Experience interacting with customers over phone and Zoom is essential. You should also have attention to detail, tech-savviness, and a willingness to learn new skills.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $36,000 per year, paid in monthly installments of $3000.
