About the Role
This is a client-facing position that requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their needs, develop tailored support plans, and provide expertise on SAP Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and priorities.
* Design and implement targeted support engagement plans to drive business outcomes, leveraging best practices and predefined content across all cloud solutions.
* Provide expert guidance on SAP Cloud solutions, facilitating access to product and functional expertise as needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, act as an escalation point, and ensure timely resolution.
What You'll Bring
* A proven track record of successful account management, with a focus on customer success and satisfaction.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science).
* 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a cloud computing environment.
* Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients across various regions.
