The Role

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager who will lead both internal AWS teams and external partners to deliver AWS cloud solutions that empower our clients to achieve their business objectives.

Your role will involve utilizing your customer engagement skills and technical expertise to comprehend client needs and facilitate their digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with various stakeholder groups to gather requirements and define project scopes. Your ongoing efforts will focus on implementing best practices and identifying project gaps while working with all organizational levels.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-level IT engagements.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders in large transformation programs.
  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies in complex projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish in technical and business contexts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
