About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our products and services by our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and utilization of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and provide proactive support.
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide training and enablement to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and adoption.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop strategic plans to drive customer success.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools.
