About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Instaleap. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized client success plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to inform strategic recommendations and drive business outcomes.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment and execution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in e-commerce, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluent in English (B2-C1) and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
