Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Teamtailor. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for implementing and onboarding new customers, helping them get the most out of our platform, and working strategically with them to achieve their goals.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our American clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success with our product. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and address any customer needs, and develop and implement solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and onboarding new customers
- Providing training and support to customers to help them get the most out of our platform
- Working strategically with customers to identify and address their needs
- Developing and implementing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
