  • Work as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented for our customers
  • Work proactively with renewals
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Find new business opportunities with existing portfolio customers
  • Track customer accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent it
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and present it internally

We're looking for someone with experience in SaaS, HR or Recruiting, Customer Success, and project leading, especially complex projects. You should have strong communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and negotiation skills. If you're engaged, creative, and solution-oriented, and have the mindset willing to learn and try new things, we'd love to hear from you.

We value your personality and believe you're passionate about your work, ambitious, and work hard to reach your own goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and extra plus for French language.
