About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned professional with experience in SaaS, HR, or Recruiting to lead our customer success efforts. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing and onboarding new customers, helping them get the most out of our platform, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and onboard new customers
- Help customers use Teamtailor to its full potential
- Work as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for our customers
- Work proactively with renewals and expansions
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and present it internally

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in SaaS, HR, or Recruiting
- Customer success experience
- Project leading experience, especially complex projects
- Excellent communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and negotiation skills
- Engaged, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and rapidly-changing market
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Extra plus for French language
