Executive Director of Strategic Execution

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Strategic Execution to join our team in Buscojobs Colombia.
Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid position that requires the ability to work from both remote and office locations. The successful candidate will alternate time between both settings, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Responsibilities:- Led annual prioritization processes for strategic priorities and resulting KPIs at regional and country levels.
- Defined and tracked strategic performance metrics.
- Established strategy PMO frameworks to enhance execution discipline for defined priorities and main account plans.
- Improved existing processes and tools to track scorecards at Account Executive levels.
- Collaborated with Finance to translate annual profit plans into geography, country, and BD level sales targets.
- Ensured rigorous analysis for resource allocation, including investments and ongoing expenses.
- Designed and implemented governance frameworks for resource allocation decisions.
- Supported new business cases and post-implementation reviews to ensure discipline.
- Responsible for overall productivity and efficiency initiatives, identifying potential opportunities and capturing their impact.
- Led special projects to improve financial performance.
- Managed Andean governance, ensuring better coordination across geographies and functions, and proper follow-up of pending items.
- Developed executive presentations sharing insights and recommendations to support the Andean Leadership team.
- Partnered with Business Functions to actively support and facilitate strategy execution.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
- 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 6+ years of experience with a PhD.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA, or relevant graduate degree or similar academic and professional experience.
- Experience in management consulting or strategy functions with a strong financial background.
- Significant exposure to the payments industry or retail strategy experience preferred.
