Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Conversion Specialist to convert qualified leads into customers, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our products or services.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and overcome objections to close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM, providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on closing deals, including a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
