Sales Conversion Expert

At Sagan, we are seeking a skilled Sales Conversion Expert to join our team. As a remote worker, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and overcome objections to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on closing deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
