Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SaaS Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential B2B SaaS clients. This is a part-time position, requiring 2 hours of work per day, focusing on building effective lead-conversion strategies using tools like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for various B2B SaaS clients.
  • Create and execute cold outreach strategies and messaging, improving engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize lead generation platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot to identify and track potential leads.
  • Coordinate with our sales and recruitment teams to align messaging and ensure lead quality.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead conversion, specifically for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
  • C1+ level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Proven success in developing ICPs and cold outreach messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
