About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Colombia. The successful candidate will actively engage with potential customers, offering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive top-line revenue growth.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Promotion: Present and promote our products and services using persuasive communication and solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses of both existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture positive business relationships with clients to secure future sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and other proactive engagement methods.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Quickly resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate sales strategies and efforts.
Qualifications

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, as is proven experience in sales.
