Brazil Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Brazil. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:• Account Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand existing customer relationships and grow revenue.
• Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Communication: Effectively communicate sales strategies, product information, and customer needs to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
• Native fluency in Portuguese and second language fluency in English.
• Proven sales experience in a B2B environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:Our highly competitive salary package includes a base salary of R$ 6,500 per month, plus a commission-based bonus structure that rewards high performers.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
