Tech Sales Representative for Brazilian Market

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tech Sales Representative to join our successful Latin America - Brazilian Market sales team based in Colombia. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation.
About the Role:
- Proactively initiate conversations with potential customers through strategic outreach efforts
- Identify and qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule follow-up discovery meetings with account executives
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and key performance indicators for outbound prospecting efforts
Requirements:
- Native language fluency in Portuguese and English
- Authorized to work in Colombia
- Experience working with/in the Brazilian market
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is COP 113,000,000 per annum, with a base salary of COP 78,100,000 and an on-target commission of COP 33,900,000. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes annual bonus targets under our bonus plan for eligible roles.
