Position Overview:

We are in search of a strategic and analytical professional to join our team as a Marketing Project Manager. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and senior leadership to manage and implement marketing initiatives across various channels. Your primary responsibility will be centered on data analysis and reporting, ensuring our marketing tactics are informed by insights and measurable outcomes. Proficiency in social media, design, and marketing content creation is essential. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and a strong interest in innovative technologies will be significant advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Project Management:

  • Oversee and direct marketing initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to gather requirements, establish objectives, and monitor progress.
  • Create and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Data Reporting and Analytics:

  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs) utilizing analytics platforms.
  • Compile comprehensive reports and dashboards that summarize campaign outcomes, insights, and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth through data evaluation and market research.

Social Media and Content Development:

  • Support the creation and execution of social media marketing strategies across diverse platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Produce engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media channels, interact with followers, and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.

Design and Marketing Content Creation:

  • Generate innovative ideas and deliver high-quality content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other digital outlets.
  • Work with internal teams to gather content ideas, conduct research, and ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Assist in the production of visually appealing marketing materials.

AI Tools and Technology:

  • Stay informed about the latest AI-driven tools and software that can enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Implement and leverage AI tools to boost campaign performance and streamline marketing workflows.
  • Share insights and best practices with the team regarding the use of new technologies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate marketing efforts and maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong background in marketing project management and data analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and AI-based software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing is a plus.
