About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Marketing Manager to join our team at Sagan. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive sales, traffic, and NOI growth for our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead local marketing events and programs to drive sales and traffic
  • Manage contracts and insurance for vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Oversee digital marketing concepts and vendors, driving growth of subscribers and followers
  • Coordinate and create all center content, ensuring consistency in style, accuracy, and value to customers
  • Develop and implement community and government relations plans, collaborating with local leaders and organizations
  • Participate in leasing and development teams, providing marketing insights and research findings
  • Support ongoing graphics, signage, and communications strategies
  • Develop new ideas and best practices to enhance consumer service and experience offerings
Requirements
  • College degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of five years of marketing and/or related experience
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite and video conference tools
  • Experience with social media marketing, campaign management, creative/artwork, and email marketing tools
  • Ability to manage budgets and have solid accounting skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
