About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our Consumer Service function, you will be responsible for driving the regional transformation of our Consumer Service operations towards a fully integrated, omni-channel consumer service function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Definition & Documentation
    • Develop and implement processes that align with our global and local departments, ensuring seamless execution and leveraging opportunities for internal and external cooperation.
    • Collaborate with strategic stakeholders to define market roll-outs and new functionalities, ensuring alignment with our brand and sales objectives.
    • Lead and manage Consumer Service targets on a regional level, driving operational excellence across brands, channels, and markets.
    • Implement business processes in the region, ensuring alignment with our DBC and overarching group strategy.
    • Develop and maintain financial and quantitative models to inform strategy planning and measurement architecture.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Establish and maintain stable monitoring and continuous improvement processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
    • Lead process reviews with stakeholders, collecting feedback and driving a backlog of improvements.
  • Day-to-day Operations
    • Ensure effective support to our global CS team and operations.
  • People Management
    • Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and career opportunities.
    • Monitor and evaluate team workload and organizational efficiency, making adjustments to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in BPO Management or equivalent.
  • 1 year of management experience as a manager of experts.
