Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development, deal negotiation, and team leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. As a key member of our Development Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and forging partnerships to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate complex deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead high-performing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in business development, deal negotiation, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Industry expertise and knowledge of global energy markets.
  • CFA, CMA, or PMP certification preferred.
