Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist at HubSpot, you will play a critical role in helping our sales team close deals by providing specialized, consultative expertise to our customers. You will work alongside our sales team to bring our newest Core & Companion products to market, focusing on Service Hub and Operations Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and channel reps to drive sales and customer success.
  • Stay up-to-date on our Service and Operations products, as well as the competitive market and how HubSpot solves for customers.
  • Advise on best practices for setting up, implementing, and succeeding with our tools.
  • Help customers understand how our products work together and provide customized demos and solution building.
  • Close new business and install base at or above a predefined number on a monthly cadence.
  • Be a subject matter expert and provide resources and enablement for frequently asked questions.
  • Help reps identify good-fit opportunities in their territories for upselling our products.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
  • Experience working in a complex selling or customer-facing environment.
  • Comfortable presenting to drive business change.
  • Effectively collaborates with team members and sales reps to address customer needs and drive sales.
  • Goal-orientated with a track record of overachieving on targets/KPIs.
  • Knowledge of the Helpdesk/iPaaS market conditions and competitors.
