We work with medium-sized clients to develop long-term partnerships that ensure client success by realizing the full value of their investment with us. This involves maintaining high client satisfaction by serving as a liaison between clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion opportunities and share information across the CSM team using defined methods.
