We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our efforts in Colombia, overseeing the implementation of projects and driving effective outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of project implementation and quality delivery across the Colombia projects portfolio
  • Strategic guidance to project teams and identification of country-level resource mobilization opportunities
  • Development of new project opportunities and proposal development for funding from earmarked sources
  • Lead strategy development efforts for the Colombia Country Program
  • Oversee work and budget planning and implementation for all projects in Colombia
  • Provide clear and timely reporting to stakeholders on project delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, public administration, social science, environmental science, business, or related fields; an advanced degree is preferred
  • At least 9-10 years of professional experience in sustainable development, project management, donor engagement, and proposal development
  • 7 years of progressive work responsibilities at the national or international level in design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development projects
  • Demonstrated experience working with government agencies and/or donors, policy design and/or project preparation, and working in multicultural settings
