Role Overview:

We're seeking an Account Manager to lead our client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and growth. This role involves managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and enhancing the client experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Project Coordination:

    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, liaising between clients and internal teams.
  • Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report on account performance, including key metrics and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify opportunities for client growth, developing new business from existing accounts.
  • Issue Resolution:

    • Address client issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Lists Building Process:

    • Ensure sales development representatives have adequate lists to call on, following the building checklist.
  • Conversation Review:

    • Review daily conversations in Salesforce to understand SDR interactions.
  • Setting Meetings:

    • Set meetings for Red and Yellow clients to move them towards a Green status.
  • Cold Calling:

    • Review recurring dispositions of Red and Yellow clients, making calls to attempt moving them forward.
  • Follow-up and Reschedules:

    • Follow up on interested clients who requested more information or need rescheduling.
  • ROI/Meeting Documentation:

    • Send clients ROI/meeting documents to illustrate value and secure future engagements.
  • Strategy Plan Development & Management:

    • Outline new strategy plans after meeting with clients, identifying opportunities for future growth.
  • SDR Coach:

    • Meet with the SDR Coach weekly to implement changes based on phone interactions.
  • Client Onboarding:

    • Evaluate and optimize client onboarding processes, ensuring efficient launch communications.
