Job Summary

We are seeking an E-commerce Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Flxpoint. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and financial changes for accounts once they have purchased our app and become a customer.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and results-driven team, where you will own the sales and upgrade opportunities for accounts once they become a customer of Flxpoint. Your mission will be to upsell additional features, modules, or professional services, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Owning the sales and upgrade opportunities for existing customers
  • Upselling additional features, modules, or professional services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Leveraging data and support tickets to identify upsell opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or, relevant experience
  • C1+ English Level
  • Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
