At Ingepsy, we are on a mission to democratize manufacturing and empower individuals to bring their unique ideas to life through custom products. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our existing business and working closely with our customers.
We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked in an account management role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment, and enjoys the challenge of working with different customers with complex needs. Your job will be to close key account deals, identify pain points that e-commerce brands may have in their supply chain, and sell to those points.
About the Role- Closing and managing e-commerce companies on our SaaS platform
- Understanding customer needs and representing their interests to our factories
- Organizing and managing production schedules for key accounts
- Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicating with the sales team regularly
- Staying on top of accounts, ensuring they receive services within their budget and meet their needs
- 3+ years of Account Management experience, preferably in a startup environment
- 2+ years of experience working with a CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
- Experience with prospecting is a huge plus
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or FMCG space
- Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives
