The role of a Global Sales Executive at FedEx Group involves driving revenue growth by selling all FedEx products and services to national account customers. To achieve this, you will work closely with FedEx management to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize profitability and meet corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attaining assigned revenue goals through effective sales and business development initiatives
- Selling all FedEx services to customers based on defined sales strategies
- Developing and implementing a sales work plan and schedule to ensure minimum attainment of required sales activities
- Maintaining account intelligence systems to record and report sales activities, customer information, market trends, and competitive analysis
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing marketing and sales programs as instituted by FedEx
- Gathering and reporting competitive activity in assigned accounts
- Collaborating with FedEx resources to ensure ongoing revenue achievement and customer satisfaction
- Supporting and upholding FedEx sales directives
As a Global Sales Executive, you will assume responsibility for the national coordination of activities relating to assigned named accounts and resolve any problems that may arise.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a major in marketing or finance. A minimum of five years of professional sales experience is required, along with demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals and plan/executing customer sales strategies. Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Heavy overnight travel is expected, and fluency in English is required.
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
