Senior Consultant for Front Office Solutions

Position Overview: The role involves the implementation and configuration of software solutions, adhering to project timelines and specified requirements while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer workshops to ascertain detailed product specifications.
  • Effectively manage the configuration and customization of software within the defined project scope and functional requirements to ensure seamless application deployment.
  • Develop training materials and deliver product-related training sessions to end-users and administrators, fostering proficient use of the product.
  • Execute installations and technical setups of the platform, either on-site or via remote access.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills to maintain high performance standards.
  • Timely completion of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations to uphold precise records.
  • Prepare and lead knowledge-sharing sessions for colleagues to enhance departmental collaboration.
  • Contribute actively to the provision of functional, technical, or project information to sales teams for commercial proposals and informational documents.
  • Support the success and development of both individual team members and the overall team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred Skills: Proficiency in SQL is advantageous.
  • Experience in software implementation and process management is essential.
  • Familiarity with GRC and technical IT subjects/products is a plus.
