As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals with our offerings. You will serve as the main contact for our clients, dedicated to fostering strong, enduring relationships. Your primary focus will be on the vitality of customer interactions, experience, engagement, retention, and the expansion of our services with some of our most esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with a client portfolio throughout their journey post-implementation, aiding in full adoption and beyond, including the introduction of new features and enhancements, integrations, and focusing on the customer experience.
  • Become a knowledgeable resource on our products/services and remain informed about product developments, acting as a consultant and sharing best practices with clients.
  • Promote brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and advocacy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for our clients, overseeing customer accounts to identify improvement areas and proactively addressing any issues or concerns, while ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Concentrate on net dollar retention and minimizing churn.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Consultants, Implementation, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to gather, share, and act on feedback to enhance collaboration and adoption.
  • Utilize data to prioritize and adjust internal focus across the organization to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and support in onboarding new and existing team members.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the Fintech sector.
  • Experience with ERP systems, accounts payable, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, analytic reporting, and CSM tools is advantageous.
  • Strong comprehension of the fintech landscape and our offerings.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Capability to create compelling, value-driven presentations for clients.
  • Ability to gather complex requirements and collaborate with a team to devise solutions.
  • Proficiency in engaging with all organizational levels, from the CEO to the Accountant.
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified experience in an accounting practice or commercial accounting department.
  • Relevant accounting certification (part or fully qualified), including but not limited to CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, along with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or skills in Project Management.
  • Experience in CPA or Accounting.
