Senior Implementation Consultant, Capital Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Capital Markets team at NASDAQ. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring software solutions within the boundaries of project plans, ensuring seamless application and fully implemented functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Workshop Facilitation: Run customer workshops to define detailed product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Software Configuration and Customization: Work with configuration and customization of software in an effective manner, within project plan boundaries and agreed functional requirements.
- Training and Support: Prepare material and give product-related training to end-users and administrators, ensuring well-trained users who can effectively utilize the product.
- Installation and Technical Setup: Perform installations and technical setups of the platform, either onsite at clients or through remote connections.
- Knowledge Management: Proactively maintain and update knowledge and skills to perform an excellent job, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks on-time, ensuring precise and complete information according to regulations, maintaining accurate and precise administration.
- Knowledge Sharing: Prepare contents and lead sessions for colleagues to share knowledge and experiences within own- and other departments.
- Commercial Proposal Support: Actively contribute to delivering functional, technical, or project information to sales teams, supporting commercial proposals or information documents.
- Education: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Special Qualifications: Knowledge of SQL language is a preference.
- Experience: Strong interest in software implementation and process management, with experience within GRC, application functionality, technical IT subjects, and products.
