We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our expanding team in the Latin America region. As part of a global support team, you will provide technical assistance to customers related to our innovative NIQ Activate product. This role involves collaborating with customer success managers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues, as well as fulfill incoming requests such as user setups and configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide enterprise-level technical support to customers and prospects via a support ticketing system within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer technical issues.
  • Collaborate internally and support the technical onboarding of new customers, including user setups, configurations, and documentation.
  • Document knowledge and educate colleagues and teammates on technical cases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a high level of detail orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work outside of business hours from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in technical support or software product implementations.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems, utilities, and scripting.
  • Experience supporting an analytic product in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
