PayU is seeking a skilled Chargeback Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a leading online payment service provider, we deploy more than 400 payment methods and PCI-certified platforms to process approximately 6 million payments every single day.



Key Responsibilities


  • Efficiently manage and resolve transaction disputes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and the standards set by Visa and Mastercard.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality standards, meeting established deadlines, and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex chargeback cases.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in chargeback management.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve chargeback resolution efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements


  • Professional in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related careers.
  • At least 1 year of experience in chargeback management, preferably in acquiring and financial transactions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and office tools, as well as technical knowledge of payment systems, financial platforms, and chargeback financial processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
