About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Sagan. This role is responsible for managing and scheduling appointments for our home exterior sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming calls professionally, schedule appointments using established scripts and processes, and conduct outreach via phone, email, and text.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with special projects and other administrative duties assigned by the management team.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads from various sources to maximize appointment conversions.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on appointments and customer needs.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality.
