Sales Coordinator for Home Exterior Projects

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Sagan. This role is responsible for managing and scheduling appointments for our home exterior sales specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming calls professionally, schedule appointments using established scripts and processes, and conduct outreach via phone, email, and text.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with special projects and other administrative duties assigned by the management team.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads from various sources to maximize appointment conversions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on appointments and customer needs.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.
You will be successful in this role if you have excellent organizational and time management skills, are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
