Land Sales Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Dispositions Manager to join our growing real estate team at Sagan. As a key member of our land acquisition and sales operations, you will be responsible for engaging potential buyers, brokers, and managing leads to drive successful land transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture connections with brokers and buyers to drive successful land sales.
- Track, follow up, and manage a pipeline of potential buyers using CRM tools like FollowUpBoss and Facebook.
- Conduct outbound calls, maintain consistent written communication, and engage leads on Facebook for continuous pipeline management.
- Work towards meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support sales growth and optimize processes.
- Proactively seek ways to refine and improve lead management processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales or dispositions is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., FollowUpBoss) and social media, particularly Facebook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for client outreach.
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Proactive and self-starting, with the potential for career growth into a leadership position.
