A Technical Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by providing customized solutions and fostering innovation. This position involves engaging in the development of Infobip's solution proposals, overseeing the design, delivery, and integration of solutions, and enhancing existing offerings. To achieve optimal business outcomes, Technical Solutions Specialists collaborate with both headquarters and regional teams, acting as technical leads or supporting more experienced colleagues. They manage opportunities independently from inception to completion.

A Technical Solutions Specialist may serve as a generalist, handling all responsibilities listed below, or may focus on specific areas such as customer experience consultancy, partnerships, or product and industry specialization.

Assist customers and partners in recognizing the value of Infobip's offerings

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer businesses to identify which solutions and products can drive their growth.
  • Innovate and design solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of customers.
  • Gather technical requirements and create detailed technical solutions and service integration plans.
  • Address technical and security inquiries.
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Conduct scoping exercises and provide accurate service quotes.

Implement solutions for both new and existing clients

  • Produce thorough and precise technical documentation.
  • Configure and customize Infobip solutions to align with customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget, while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Facilitate consulting and solution enablement sessions for clients, documenting outcomes with meeting summaries.

Contribute to internal initiatives and focus on continuous improvement

  • Document solutions and best practices, sharing insights within the department.
  • Maintain awareness of market feature requirements and provide feedback to guide product development.
  • Stay well-informed about Infobip's products and solutions, both technically and commercially, keeping up with updates and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Telecommunications, or Electronic Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, PHP) is advantageous.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, whether in commercial or technical discussions.
