Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Client Services organization. As a key internal partner to Sales, Product, and Technology teams, you will bring the voice of the client into the design, development, and successful deployment of Visa products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Provide project management planning, execution, closing, and support for moderate to complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
  • Client Consultation: Coordinate directly with clients to analyze card program setup requirements to implement Visa endpoints, products, and services.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to management on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance team efficiencies and project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate technical resources, planning, and monitoring of certification testing, and negotiate with department heads to secure resources.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate projects that are in jeopardy and work with your direct manager to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for an individual who brings breadth of experience, a curiosity about payments, and is results-driven and client-focused.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in a business analyst role in software or financial services.
  • Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
  • Excellent time management, organization, planning skills, and teamwork are essential.
  • Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage effectively.
